Job Description:

KYDA Partners are working on a very exciting position for a newly formed homebuilder and developer that will deliver homes throughout some of the hottest markets in the southeast, dedicated to creating exceptional living spaces and communities whilst being committed to delivering superior quality and customer satisfaction in every project undertaken. In this quest, we're seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join the team, with responsibilities for overseeing accounting functions, providing administrative support to management, and managing office operations.

  • Manage all aspects of the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the President, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor relations, and supply procurement.
  • Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving administrative processes and systems.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Direct Residential/Construction experience preferred.
