Answering phones/warmly greeting all patients, customers, and visitors into practice.
Arrival process, distribute relevant institutional and practice-specific forms, ask the patient to verify confidential information accuracy
Collect payments when necessary
Escort patients to/from the room and help with the checkout process/scheduling the next appointment
What qualifications will make you successful?
High school diploma
Minimum one-year applicable work experience required. (BWH experience is a big plus)
Recent Epic experience
