Must be local to Rodgers, AR area for Hybrid role. No C2C or Sponsorship Pricing/Sales Analyst position. The immediate need would be to ensure the continuity of standardized procedures completed on a daily basis (not too technical), but then to start training on taking over more analytics duties.
An ideal candidate would have:
Retail Link with pricing experience (cost change scenarios, etc)
IRI or Nielsen experience (we're an IRI shop, but the skills will translate)
High level excel proficiency
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
For bonus points: SQL database development skills, PowerBI
Candidate MUST have the following skills:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analysis skills
Must have experience with Retail Link
Advanced skills with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formula work)
Ability to work with large data sets
Strong communication skills (will be working with other business partners and Walmart buying team)
Detail oriented and ability to manage/track multiple tasks simultaneously
IRI or Nielsen experience is a plus
SQL experience a plus
Candidate should be a self-starter with problem solving skills, able to determine the root cause of issues, and willing to take action to resolve.
