Job Description:

Are you a seasoned professional in ADP V6 payroll processing with a wealth of experience in Kronos or other workforce management systems? Do you excel in report writing and possess intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Access? If you have a solid background in HR/PR, along with experience leading and supervising teams in a large organizational setting, we want to hear from you! Knowledge of SQRs, interfaces, and experience working with unions are highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with Workday is considered a strong advantage. Reporting to the Director of Payroll Operations, you will optimize departmental applications/systems to align with business needs. Your role focuses on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of time and attendance, workforce management, and related systems. Acting as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, and Information Services, you'll spearhead collaborative efforts to identify and develop workflow and systems solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HRIS management to prioritize and plan the acquisition and deployment of new payroll and workforce management technologies.
  • Consult regularly with hospital operations, finance, and HR management to enhance existing systems and plan future deployments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of data and automated information management across various reporting and filing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain processes supporting payroll operations, including system administration and training documentation.
  • Lead or participate in technology implementation projects, ensuring adherence to IT standards and policies.
  • Manage a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Exercise good judgment considering both broad and departmental impacts of decisions, staying informed of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through effective project management and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, computer science/systems analysis, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible business technology experience, preferably in a complex healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in enterprise HR management information systems and payroll technology.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Ability to work in a typical office environment with extended periods of sitting, walking, and/or standing.
  • Supervisory experience overseeing up to 7 FTEs.
