This role will be reporting to the Group Chief Commercial Officer. The person will be leading and overseeing all Sales & Marketing and Logistics activities related to USA and Canada. Main responsibility is to develop commercial strategies aimed at achieving company's sales targets through an excellent execution. More detailed responsibilities are:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for finished products and spare parts.
Build and manage an effective and performing distribution network.
Identify new markets and product segments potential to achieve best market penetration.
Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. Implementing sales plans.
Prepare the annual budget and detailed business plan including monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
Conduct market intelligence activities such as competitors' analysis, product positioning, and customers profile to ensure suitable strategies and tactics for each customer and product segment.
Manage Human Resources and Financial Department
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree,
Min. 15 years' experience in sales and marketing roles in agricultural equipment business segments
Strong knowledge of the Agricultural equipment sector,
Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills
