MESG is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Key responsibilities include referring to previous projects for cost comparison, utilizing mathematical equations to determine material quantities, preparing and reviewing supplier and subcontractor proposals, and coordinating with clients during the bidding process. The Estimator will act as a resource to project management, providing cost information and developing estimates for changes in the work. Additionally, they will maintain accurate contact information for suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and deliver bids on time for project closing. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with proven experience in the construction industry and proficiency in estimating software.
