We are searching for an Enterprise Program Manager to join a fantastic retail organization

Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Desired certifications: PMI PMP, PgPMP, and/or ScrumMaster.

Work Experience:
  • At least 5 years of Program Management experience spanning multiple business functions.
  • Over 10 years of Project Management or relevant leadership experience within domains like IT, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Real Estate, HR, Merchandising, etc.
  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery approaches.
  • Track record of successfully applying program and project management principles, techniques, and processes.
  • Experience in long-range strategic planning, project budgeting, and business case development.
  • Familiarity with managing agreements and staffing with external service providers.
  • Exposure to international or global work environments is advantageous.

Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Program Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Delivery Excellence, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective engagement at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple programs and projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to meeting critical deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage medium to large programs and projects using project management tools, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of complex strategic projects to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare Program Charters, identify stakeholders, plan projects, execute, monitor progress, and close projects.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews to achieve operational objectives.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
  • Manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders to enhance department and organizational reputation.
  • Ensure tasks are executed with precision and accuracy.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities and undertake additional tasks as required.
