At least 5 years of Program Management experience spanning multiple business functions.
Over 10 years of Project Management or relevant leadership experience within domains like IT, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Real Estate, HR, Merchandising, etc.
Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery approaches.
Track record of successfully applying program and project management principles, techniques, and processes.
Experience in long-range strategic planning, project budgeting, and business case development.
Familiarity with managing agreements and staffing with external service providers.
Exposure to international or global work environments is advantageous.
