Responsibilities:
Spearhead planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring excellence in delivery.
Efficiently manage large, intricate projects by developing comprehensive scopes, budgets, and schedules, while actively overseeing client needs.
Lead internal and external strategy discussions and design meetings, serving as the primary liaison with clients.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, actively engaging in marketing activities, proposal development, and negotiations.
Champion the firm's values of inclusivity, curiosity, and social responsibility, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Skills and Experience:
Professional licensure in California.
Extensive experience in healthcare project management.
Deep expertise in healthcare projects, with a focus on creating innovative and impactful solutions.
Local market knowledge in California desired.
LEED and NCARB preferred.
