You must be a proven leader, have 10 to 15 years of Human Resources and People & Culture experience, and have strong knowledge of California employment law as you will develop and execute policies, and programs aligned with business objectives and serve as a pivotal partner to senior leadership.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Build management of HR processes
Develop the company's growth plan
Navigate complex employment and employee relations issues
Provide leadership guidance and mentoring
Oversee Employee Engagement Survey and other plans
Improve onboarding and new hire programs
Drive and lead DEI programs
