About the Role:

As a Talent Strategist at Resource Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our consultative approach to recruitment marketing by developing strategies that elevate best practices and attract diverse talent. What You Will Be Doing:

Serve as a strategic advisor to talent acquisition teams, operational leaders and clients.

Conduct client intake sessions to understand recruitment needs and present viable solutions in a sophisticated and engaging manor.

Create solutions to attract talent including programmatic campaigns, talent pool outreach and custom recruitment communication.

Design, build and curate talent pool strategies to proactively deliver against projected client volume.

Partner with L&D to train and inspire recruitment teams across multiple verticals in the execution of developed solutions.

What You Will Bring to Work:

Demonstrated experience working with stakeholder groups in both high volume and niche recruitment environments.

In-depth knowledge of creating and deploying employer branding strategies, candidate attraction campaigns, candidate communication techniques and talent pool curation.

Ability to work independently while engaging with colleagues in legal, marketing, finance and client services.

Extensive experience sourcing, engaging and persuading candidates to join complex organizations across multiple industries.
  • Experience using data analytics to drive optimization and effectiveness of channels, content strategies, and ROI.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience: 3+ years leading Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, and/or Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and business partnering skills.
  • Project Management Pro: Proven project management and prioritization skills.
  • Data-Driven: Using data analytics to drive optimization and effectiveness of channels, content strategies, and ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background: Experience working in large multinational firms in an inhouse or RPO recruitment or marketing team.
  • Tech Savvy: Significant experience working with CRM technology (e.g., Avature) is highly desired.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
