About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at ICP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teams across the US, EMEA, and Mexico in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent that aligns closely with our company's values and objectives. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will gather insights into their specific talent needs, enabling you to develop tailored recruitment strategies. Drawing upon your expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates, you will ensure that we onboard individuals who not only meet the skill criteria but also enhance our vibrant company culture.

This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta reporting to Global Head of People Partners & Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment
  • Promote job openings, proactively search for, connect with, and nurture a talent pool for all service areas within ICP. Employ a variety of methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific networks
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, assess skills, and gauge cultural alignment. Engage in pre-screening interviews, facilitate assessments, and furnish feedback to hiring managers.
  • Proactively foresee upcoming talent requirements and cultivate a network of potential candidates who are not actively seeking jobs, in preparation to fill future vacancies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor hiring practices. Conduct regular research to identify emerging talent pools and opportunities for talent acquisition.
  • Support strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within our candidate pool. Participate in community organizations and initiatives to contribute to a more inclusive talent pipeline.
  • Assist in assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Participate in pre-screening interviews, coordinate evaluations, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, offering timely and constructive communication to candidates.

Talent Advisory
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand current and future business objectives and staffing needs. Assist in translating this information into effective recruitment strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers with the development and refinement of job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Propose adjustments to existing positions when necessary.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality
  • Communicate with interview panels to ensure preparedness and provide support during the interview process
  • Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
  • Provide training and coaching to hiring managers.
  • Assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate management, interview coordination, offer letter creation, and orientation. Help ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve employer branding and optimize ICP profiles on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent related websites.
  • Support the management of company career websites and online profiles (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed) to ensure up-to-date and engaging information, enhancing the company's public image.
  • Work with marketing to develop advertisement materials, such as flyers, digital media, and promotional products.
  • Contribute to ensuring that all interviewers receive proper training on effective interview techniques and compliance requirements. Participate in ongoing improvements to the interview process.
  • Draft, create and utilize templates for TA communications, such as offer letters, interview request, application received messages, rejection emails

Process Development & Improvement
  • Stay informed about region specific employment laws and regulations, particularly within the professional services industry. Assist in maintaining compliance records and adjusting processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with global heads and people team to create and execute TA internal processes and SOPs to streamline recruitment efforts and align with the company's short-term and long-term staffing goals
  • Assist in developing, tracking, and analyzing key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire. Support the provision of regular reports and insights into company leadership.
  • Participate in the use and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to create comprehensive reports and improve the sourcing, selection, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), and hiring processes.

What You'll have:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 4 years proven experience in a talent acquisition partner/specialist, recruiter, or similar role
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Experience with global talent acquisition in US, EMEA, & MX markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in negotiating terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and other terms.

Necessary Skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Expertise in evaluating candidates for skills, cultural fit, and potential contribution to the organization.
  • Skilled in conducting structured interviews and asking relevant questions to assess candidate suitability.
  • Understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies).
  • Efficiently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment-related tools for streamlined processes.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving business needs and changing market conditions.
