Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Senior HR Business Partner to support our HR team. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of HR experience, partnering with Senior leadership and helping drive HR strategies. This is a contract-to-hire position with an estimated conversion to a fulltime team member at 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
Training and Development for Department Heads
Develop HR Policies and Procedures
Coaching and Counseling for employees and management on proper HR policies.
Direct Senior Leadership with Performance Management Processes.
Assist with compensation, remuneration, and recruitment practices.
Requirements:
8+ years of HR experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
SPHR or PHR highly preferred.
This is a temp-hire position with the opportunity for conversion within 3-6 months based on performance and business needs.
