What You'll Do at Pega:
and execute ongoing talent management strategies, including performance management, career pathing, and development planning.
the complete performance management life cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, midyear, and the annual performance review. Design and implement training for managers and employees, develop communication, and coach/guide leaders and Talent Advisory Partners to build a performance culture.
with people analytics and technology teams to enhance talent management systems, tools, and dashboards to support our managers and employees
with People Business Partners, and business leaders to develop, refine, and implement career pathways for various roles within the organization
and implement frameworks to provide visibility to career progression paths and skills required for career growth and internal mobility
tools, resources, and workshops to support employees in exploring career options, setting goals, and creating actionable development plans
