We are currently teamed up with a fully integrated real estate developer that has a portfolio of properties of over 30m square feet. They are looking to hire a VP of Asset Management to base in their Houston office who will be responsible for about a 2m square foot shopping center/mixed-use portfolio. This would join their Houston office and report to leadership.
As the VP of Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the total return for each asset and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
