We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Analytics to join our team, based out of our Irving, TX HQ.
As the Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Analytics, you will:
Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to develop strong data driven insights and strategies to support decision making
Collaborate across departments to design, develop, and maintain analytics and business intelligence sources
Develop data driven sales operations strategies, including supporting sales force optimization, incentive compensation, and other projects
Lead key annual analytics projects such as segmentation, forecasting, and optimization
Assess and consult with stakeholders to understand business needs, operations, and goals to provide strategic guidance that influences decision-making at all levels.
Utilize data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and visualization to transform data into meaningful insights to help business make informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsible for providing input and expertise to support the development of commercial analytics products, including idea generation, market research, planning, prototyping, development pricing and commercialization.
Demonstrated advanced subject matter expertise to solve complex problems, with an emphasis on translating qualitative and quantitative research findings into business strategies

As the Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Analytics, your background should include:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology, MBA preferred.
Basic understanding of Finance and other metrics
Demonstrated experience with pharma commercial analytics process
Good understanding of Pharma commercial data sets Rx, Call activity, CRM data, etc.
Demonstrated Analytics operations including customer segmentation, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement and competitive analysis, Omni channel etc.
Understanding of recent changes in commercial models example - dynamic targeting, multi-channel call plan, micro segmentation etc.
Hands on technical skills in SQL, R, Python
Experience leading and mentoring a team of 1-3 analysts. Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects in parallel
Triangulate multiple sources including Sales, CRM, and other secondary data to identify opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive organizational commercial effectiveness
Demonstrated experience in leading projects, provided thought leadership related to commercial models and SFE Qualifications
Experience in Buy and Bill models, Reimbursement and Rebates - Preferred
