Location: Kankakee, IL

Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in the Kankakee, IL area. This will be a hybrid role - 3 days in office per week.



Schedule: M-F 8am to 4pm EST


Job responsibilities:

• Deliver on Industrial Relations queries by partnering with key stakeholders to provide professional, timely and accurate advice, resolution and/or representation.


• Build strong partnerships with the Regional Business, Site & HRBP Agile Squad Leads to develop short- and long-term view, support planning, development and implementation of industrial relations roadmap and problem-solving approaches with key stakeholders that represent employees in the countries assigned within the region.


• Be the subject matter expert, deliver operational excellence in all assignments and projects allocated to the area of Industrial Relations so that the relationships with unions, work councils and other employee representative committees are consistently aligned to both values and core business objectives across their countries assigned.


• Lead/participate in projects/efforts focused on continuous improvement of the Industrial Relations approach within the respective region.


• Lead the strategy setting as a Subject Matter Expert for the respective collective agreement negotiations, contribute to the execution in partnership with the respective HR Site Lead.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field


• 3-5 years of experience dealing with labor relations matters, including: Collective bargaining agreements, Union negotiations and representation, Work council management


• Experience partnering with business leaders on people-related issues, such as: Developing and implementing HR strategies, Employee relations, Talent management and Performance management
