Title: Intern, Product (Internship)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are hiring a Product intern to work alongside Spyder’s acclaimed Product team! Spyder is committed to attracting the best and brightest talent to our internship program at our headquarters in Lafayette, CO. We equip interns with career skills to enable them to more effectively understand the Action Sports Industry. We pride our internship program on the below criteria:

• Learn the basics of Centric PLM system by learning how to update and save Tech Packs and various other tasks
• Use basic skills in Adobe Illustrator by learning how to update and save sketches and various other tasks
• Learn how to properly measure garments and assist in fitting reviews.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to verify WIP details and packing lists, and other various tasks
• Assist with organizing samples and raw material references
• Assist with repackaging samples and quality control check garments and shipping to domestic and international partners
• Assist with organizing sample rooms when needed, including lifting boxes, removing hangers, folding samples, making labels, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Ability to work 16 hours per week, in-person / on-site from June 4 – August 29 (remote hours are not available)
• Organizational, innovative, and creative skills
• A self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Passion for product development, apparel design, and the Action Sports Industry
• Experience with Centric PLM, and Excel is a plus
