The Senior Group Product Manager for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial marketing activities for assigned products and geographies within the CAS portfolio . This entails managing a team of product and marketing specialist s to drive commercial execution . The individual is a strong leader, effective coach, strategic thinker, deliberate executer, committed team player and close collaborator, focused on team and market success.

In conjunction with sales and global regions, the Senior Group Product Manager will lead a team to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plan s that include competitive strategy, pricing analysis, sales forecasting, product launches, and inventory management.

Thispositionwillsupportthe Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operating Unit (OU) in advancing our capability to disrupt and lead the electrophysiology market. This position reports to the commercial marketing director.

Key Responsibilities

Team leadership


  • Lead and develop team of product and marketing specialists

  • Leads planning, communications and execution of global marketing activities across the organization.

M arketing management and program execution


  • Drive flawless product launch execution and production adoption .
  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies .
  • Engage daily with the sales force and sales leadership teams to effectively drive the growth and adoption of our products in the market .
  • Create marketing strategies, launch plans, and portfolio management .
  • Lead or actively contribute to the US strat plan process .


  • Oversees development and execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the regions, R&D, Sales, Field and Customer Education, and other functional teams.
  • Plan and execute quarterly commercial activities with a broad sales force and collaborating across a matrix to drive new sales initiatives .
  • Coordinate product plans and activities with a wide range of internal staff such as sales and global marketing
  • Analyze competitive information to develop new initiatives as needed .
  • Build and t rack KPIs for key programs, launch metrics, scorecard , tactics and activities and establish regular state of the business communications to key stakeholders .
  • Work closely and build relationships with US KOLs to gain customer insights .
  • Responsible for product line sales forecasting and budget planning
  • Collaborate with HEPR teams to build strategies and tools to demonstrate economic value proposition of portfolio.
  • Participate portfolio planning, IBP, and PMR
  • Travel requirement: 30%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required .
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing .
  • 5 + years of people management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment .
  • Ability to clearly communicate marketing strategy and tactical plans.

  • Ability to quickly develop relationships and rapport with individuals at all levels and from all cultures .
  • Experience developing brand strategy and tactics to grow volume and market share .
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships .
  • Advanced analytical skills (market trends, competitor SWOT analysis, financials, etc ) .
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude .
  • Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities and to grow your career through the continuous learning experience and a "how can we do better" mindset .
  • Experience analyzing data and synthesizing it into presentable information to drive action .
