This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

We are seeking a proven product management leader to manage a geographically distributed team of experienced product managers. The team is responsible for a rich portfolio of high growth partner-based file, object, and AI storage offerings and transformative HPE unique customer experiences for those offerings.

You can make your mark by (key responsibilities):

• Defining and aligning the portfolio of offerings and your team of product managers to a strategy that optimizes for overall business category success.


• Providing effective development for your team in the product management function and key market and technology subject matter areas.


• Enabling and ensuring effective engagement by your team across the inbound and outbound value chain necessary for business category success.


• Overcoming obstacles and debugging complex inter-organization and inter-company problems to support your team members that may impede success.


• Having fun while doing so and positively contributing to our culture as a member of the File, Object, and AI Storage leadership team.

You will be successful with (required skills):

• At least 10 years of enterprise IT product management experience of which at least 5 years is as a people manager and at least three years is in file, object, or AI domains.


• Advanced leadership capabilities to engage, empower, enable your team, effectively executing through them.


• Strong business and technical acumen including the ability to quickly internalize and employ new concepts.


• Proven multi-tasking and prioritization abilities backed by excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.


• Keen attention to detail with great written and verbal communication across a wide variety of audiences both technical and non.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $158,500.00 - $383,500.00
