Location: Miami, FL (Remote)

Description:



Responsibilities:


Serve a liaison between the business and the agile development team in terms of researching, discovering and converting business needs into acceptance criteria on the user stories.

Meet with business, stakeholders and SME to understand current capabilities and document the new requirement through user stories.

Validate with the product owner and business the understanding of the outcome for the customer of the different scenarios.

Drive backlog refinement sessions with the support of the product owner to ensure the acceptance criteria and the final scope for each user story is clearly understood by the team.

Work hand to hand with the Product Owner understanding Epics and dividing them into User Stories. Understand customer journey and work with the XD designer to propose business rules that support the desired journey.

Gain a deep understanding of the system and the future state that business desire to achieve. Communicate and collaborate with other agile teams to build cross-team requirements.

Supports development and testing by providing answers or clarification as needed.

Provide UAT at the end of the spirit based on the test cases executed by QA team, May run additional test if needed.

Update or ensure the documentation is updated on confluence and other systems for the final product, including business rules, configuration and high level flows or diagrams..

Utilize design tools such as Lucidchart, Figma, etc. to elaborate high-level diagrams.

Prepare diagrams, tables and other artifacts as needed to facilitate the development team and main stakeholders the understanding of complex scenarios.



MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


Requirements prioritization. User story review and acceptance criteria writing. Requirements gathering, evaluation and documentation for processes and transactions.



DESIRED SKILLS:


Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.

Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journey samples.

Experience with JIRA.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and/or related tools.
