Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's prestigious financial services client in NYC is looking to add an Analyst to support the IT Asset Management function.

Summary:
The IT Asset Management (ITAM) supports the Governance Function and it oversees process, policy, standards and strategic priorities for the IT group and also manages strategic IT vendors and IT assets. This group manages the governance, assets and vendors supporting the Technology.

This role is expected to support the ITAM team's functional roles, which include:

• PC, mobility & Peripheral asset budgeting and purchases, including management of the ITAM management solution, asset management controls and annual attestations from employees validating deployment records to assets on hand


• Participate in training for use of Asset Management tooling to ensure adherence to policy, standards, processes, and strategic priorities for the Bank's IT Assets


• Maintain current information related to Bank's IT Assets, periodically review system information with the business owners and certify annually the accuracy and currency of the information maintained in the asset management systems of record


• Provide metrics and reporting on the technology assets


• Participate in new and ongoing ITAM initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong financial, communication and presentation skills demonstrating the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of service


• General knowledge of procurement lifecycle and associated processes


• Understanding of asset management life cycle and related applications


• Have some experience using SeviceNow and Ariba applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
