Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full time role.

Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for generating new business through sales and marketing efforts and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field


• Strong Inside Sales and Account Management skills


• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships


• Excellent customer service skills


• Experience with Customer satisfaction analysis


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment


• Experience in the steel industry is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
