Kforce has a client that is seeking a QlikView BI Analyst/Developer in Lisle, IL.
Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is part of the Business Intelligence team and supports all financial and operational data functions for the company.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, create, update, and schedule current and new reports
Work to migrate current analytics into Qlik solutions including design and development
Assist in providing solutions for process improvement and/or automation
Assist in the development processes and procedures for new products and service offerings to internal customers
Review and update system documentation and procedures
Provide user training, support, and feedback Research client issues and work cross functionally to resolve
Ensure appropriate problem escalation
Participate in special projects, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as required by management
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office
Experience with the design and development of Qlik applications QlikView 11.2 and/or Qlik Sense or similar tools (i.e., Tableau or Power BI)
Knowledge and understanding of relational databases
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and look-ups
Consolidation of large data sets from various systems
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Understanding or the ability to gain strong knowledge of various business processes (AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledger) and the integration between the systems in use
Ability to create process documentation and procedures
Ability to plan, organize, manage, and track multiple projects with constantly changing priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
Ability to adapt to a changing schedule as directed
Show excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally
Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers
Must be committed to working safely at all times
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Management Information Systems with Business & Accounting courses preferred
QlikView 11.2 and/ or Qlik Sense knowledge desirable
Experience writing VBA code a plus SQL knowledge a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
