Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Instructional Designer in Plano, TX.

Key Tasks:

• Instructional Design


• As an Instructional Designer, you will write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts and video scripts


• Interacts with subject matter experts to create training experiences


• Instructional Designer will complete multiple projects with competing priorities


• Multi-Tasking; Allocating time to task tracking


• Communicate clearly and succinctly, conveys information and ideas Influencing across business i.e. stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree in HR Training, Education, Communication, English, Technical Writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of oral and written communication skills


• Certificate in Instructional Design


• 1-2 years of experience


• Knowledge of adult learning theories and ID Models ex: ADDIE


• Prior knowledge of training development


• Familiarity with LMS Project Management


• Intermediate skill level of Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)


• Ability to use instructional design software specifically Storyline and Rise


• Experience with Financial Services and Risk Methodology Google Suite preferred or Microsoft Office

Interview process:

• 1 round only, 45 minutes zoom video, portfolio review

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
