Production Internship
Job Description
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the duties necessary to maintain and ensure reliable operation of the treatment facility. Primary duties include but are not limited to maintenance, plant operating duties, and necessary lab work to operate the Production Facility in the process required for potable water.
Education
- High school degree or equivalent required.
Certification
- Valid driver's license is required.
Shift / Hours
- Normal hours of work will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Experience
- 0-2 years in water industry.
Skills
- Strong work ethic, time management and organizational and team membership skills.
- Ability to communicate well and to work with minimal supervision.
- Good mechanical skills.
- Ability to start up, shut down, and make operating adjustments to all equipment for proper continued operation.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
- Basic computer data entry skills required.
