Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of accounting and financial management.


Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, principles, and regulations.
* Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Mentor and support junior accounting staff.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
* Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
* Proficient in advanced accounting software and Excel.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
