Job Description:

Procurement Operations Analyst



We are working with a university located in Boston that is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role must be able to accommodate a commute to Boston 2 days/week.


Responsibilities:

• Requisition to Purchase Order and Change Order processing


• New vendor onboarding and preferred supplier business reviews, to include performance management and compliance to terms across both parties


• Day-to-Day Contract Administration and Lifecycle Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred!


• 3+ years of relevant experience is a plus


• Familiarity with government & state regulations is a plus
