Job Description:

Our client is renowned as Chicago's highest-end dry cleaning establishment, catering to the city's elite households and discerning brides. They are known for delivering impeccable service, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their team, serving as the primary point of contact for their valued clients, vendors, and stakeholders.



Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between clients, drivers, house managers, vendors, and internal teams.


• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


• Provide exceptional high-touch customer service, ensuring that client needs are met with care and attention to detail.


• Coordinate dry cleaning services, wedding gown tailoring, preservation, and cleaning with precision and timeliness.


• Resolve any client issues or concerns with grace, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach.


• Manage paperwork and administrative tasks related to client accounts and orders.

Requirements:

• Can work Saturdays.


• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.


• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.


• Organizational prowess with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


• Knowledge or experience in sewing, tailoring, or high-end fashion is advantageous.


• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the role.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
