May be responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Create, redline, modify, and correct electrical schematics or control systems using CAD software such as Sky CAD, SolidWorks, or Auto Cad.
  • Build control panels to NFPA 79 & UL 508A standards.
  • Design and commission basic PLC and HMI software applications.
  • Interpret and develop logic for Allen-Bradley RS Logix 5000 and 500 applications.
  • Experience with electrical control panel design, building, and wiring.
  • Spec and procure required components, sensors, and hardware needed for implementing controls solutions.
  • Significant management and contractor interactions including design, costing, quoting, and executing electrical systems, control systems and automation upgrades.
  • Coordination, support, and installation of various electrical system projects.
  • Provide engineering support for projects designed and built both internally and externally.
