Applications are requested for a postdoctoral researcher working in the area of superconducting devices with a focus on fabrication and measurement of magnetic Josephson junctions. The appointment will be in the
Department of Physics at Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas in the group of Dr. Nathan Satchell.
The position is currently open with start date immediately available and a starting salary of $60,000 per year for 2 years with possible extension based on external funding and job performance.
Research will be carried out in state-of-the-art research facilities for thin film deposition, electrical transport measurements, and the cleanroom and analysis research service centers. Additional information about the shared facilities may be found here:
