What You'll Do

• Understand the client's business challenges to craft effective solutions that address the people, process, technology, and data needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes.


• Manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications in various project delivery methodologies.


• Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.


• Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical project management experience


• Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery


• Experience managing Oracle ERP implementations (required).


• Experience in energy/utilities is not required, but a plus.
