This is a hybrid role aligned to our Austin local market. Candidates must be based in or within commutable distance of the greater Austin area.

What You'll Do:



  • Drive business development efforts within the Salesforce Practice to generate project work with new and existing clients

  • Lead efforts to capture best practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings

  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders on our most transformational Salesforce engagements, which includes managing engagement risks, project financials, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client

  • Perform oversight of large-scale, complex delivery on client engagements

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports in navigating their Slalom career journey

  • Support selection, staffing and onboarding of consultants to projects; assist in qualifying opportunities and work with people managers and consultants to assess project fit

  • Promote and influence employee and leader development and create opportunities for career progression


What You'll Bring:



  • Consulting experience with a focus in both net new client development and landing/expanding programs with existing clients

  • Experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Salesforce platform; demonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approach(es) and considerations of different sizes and scales of programs across Salesforce services

  • Previous experience working with established technology and product departments with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

  • Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization)

  • People Leadership - ability to influence within an organization & manage project teams as well as direct reports.
