Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smart Spaces Domain Lead to join our team. In the role of Domain Lead - Sustainability/Smart Spaces, you will take end-to-end responsibility for driving growth and execution capabilities of our Smart Spaces and Sustainability service offerings. You will be part of the team engaged in client discovery, client pursuit, proposal development, contracting cycles and project delivery to deliver innovative high-quality solutions. You will have domain expertise in Smart Spaces, sustainable and energy efficient buildings, IoT solutions for facility operations, and maintenance. You are expected to work with larger Infosys technology and consulting groups distributed across the globe in pursuit of the above objectives. You will be familiar with trends in IoT technology, with market dynamics of smart space solution providers. You will be able to demonstrate understanding of sustainability goals and their impact on building design/operations.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within the United States. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Sustainability & Smart Buildings

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 11 years of experience in building operations, business consulting with at least 7 years of experience with IoT Solutions/Smart Buildings Design & Solutions.
At least 11 years of experience in using of IoT technologies within the building environment, understanding of various systems including BMS, MEP and other systems as deployed in buildings, campuses, stadiums, hospitals, factories etc.
• Experience in optimizing building operations, energy, water and waste management; understanding of decarbonization programs, approaches
• Understanding of trends in facility management, space management, and other real estate optimization approaches
• Understanding of various digital solutions and IoT systems for occupant comfort, convenience, safety, operations control; ability to identify and engage with various partner platforms
• Experience in managing portfolio of programs - Deliverables, Critical Paths, Dates, Budget/ Forecast Lead client discussions to assess, analyze smart space goals, challenges
• Ability to lead/coordinate teams spread across geographies and different competencies (Technology, UX, Security etc.)
• Receive, review, modify all SOWs to meet business needs
• Chair meetings with Design, Data, Development, Change Management teams of client, and other partners/stakeholders
• Desired Functional skills would include the following
• Baseline areas of proposed improvements in building operations smart solutions with leading practices, benchmarks and technology trends
• Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solutions
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution and articulate business value
• Use quantitative research methodologies include KPIs, trend analysis, building operations data mining, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis
• Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence around smart spaces, occupant experience solutions
• Interface with the technology development team to assess progress, ensure alignment to business requirements
• Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit development and production of thought papers
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
