Inside Sales Rep - Auto Warranty at Roth Staffing Companies in Boca Raton, Florida

Job Description:

Automotive warranty sales industry leader looking for a remote inside sales representative. Competitive compensation with a base plus guaranteed commission for first 90 days along with excellent benefits and PTO. This is an opportunity to be part of an amazing team and company that prides itself in its products but also its service as evident by their high google ratings. Ideal candidate is an effective communicator over the phones and has consultative phone sales experience. Automotive industry and/or credit unions a major plus.


Responsibilities:



• Answer inbound calls (up to 50 calls per day)


• Maintain and build relationships with assigned credit unions


• Provide and sell value based solutions to members (Vehicle Service Agreement)


• Provide exceptional sales and service support


• Outbound calls to follow up and manage pipeline


• Perform all other office tasks


Qualifications:



• High School Diploma


• Consultative sales experience- automobile sales/repair background a plus


• Previous call center experience


• Excellent verbal communication skills-speak clearly


• Credit union experience in a plus


• Ability to work extended and/or flexible hours and Saturdays as required (rotation of 1 per month)
