Job Description: In the areas of recruitment, the work will include: Developing assessment tools for Agency vacancy announcements to include: developing occupational questionnaires and rating plans for automated or manual rating and ranking of applicants. writing assessment questions, reviewing noncompetitive candidate qualifications. meeting with the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) managers to advise on and assist with recruitment processes and strategies and prepare recruitment packages for submission to the Office of Human Resources (OHR).
