As a Site Services Learning & Development Partner (LDP), you will:

Job Description:

This role has an emphasis as a training specialist in all modalities of learning experiences to positively impact Site Services' learning outcomes. As an LDP, you will collaborate closely with the Site Services Learning & Development (L&D) and operations, business partners and the Compliance team and broader capability building communities to help design and deliver effective learning solutions.
You will also work closely with the client Global Learning Services (GLS) team to operationalize and execute our training activities in the LMS and technical systems.

The top priorities for this contract role in 2024 will be to support the compliance and learning outcomes and outputs (deliverables) to support our top 3 priorities:

1. LDP learning and operational priorities: Compliance and GxP training creation and revisions, unplanned event training assessments and resolution, and partnering to ensure all compliance training is 95% complete across Site Services.
2. Support the L&D team in the SAP ASPIRE implementation, including learning, adapting global eLearning for localized workflow training and Instructor-Led Training and overall support.
3. Supporting the L&D team for the full portfolio curricula as needed to support the highest value outputs as an L&D team each quarter.

This contract role has accountability to support a compliance excellence mindset and behaviors to create, update and ensure completion of compliance and functional training for all employees. In this role, you will:

Compliance

? Support our compliance and GxP training requirements and completion of 95% or greater
? Inspection and audit preparation and response; evaluate and support U/PE training impact assessments to mitigate or complete compliance actions for findings and CAPAs
Training

? Act as a strategic learning partner who understands business needs and proactively drives to prioritize learning opportunities to advance Site Services outcomes
? Support the creation and/or revision of training to support any aspect of the Site Services learning portfolio or new SAP ASPIRE training and launch (eLearning, Instructor Led)
? The LDP is accountable for the success of all projects - achieving cost, schedule and performance objectives within the Learning and Development functional portfolio
? Co-lead or support the design and deployment of learning solutions and/or evolve processes to ensure learning capabilities are simple, effective and efficient for business, technical skills
? Ensures the end-to-end training curricula and content asset deliverables are in the appropriate content management system (CMS), learning management systems (LMS)
? Reviews functional L&D ticket requests and partners with the technical operations and reporting team to ensure timely execution of required actions for business stakeholders and partners effectively with our client colleagues to process in a timely manner
? Is part of an agile team and brings continuous improvement and agile mindset, behaviors
? Will be an overall learning & development professional with training and technical skills to support the L&D team outputs prioritized each quarter with "can do" mindset and collaboration

Capabilities you will bring to the role:

? 8+ years of progressive responsibility in a Manufacturing or GxP and Compliance Learning and Development function in Pharma or Biotech experience and bachelor's degree a must
? 5+ years' experience as a learning professional, comfortable leading development of learning strategies, development of support tools, and training content
? 5+ years' experience designing, developing and delivering training curriculum in various formats, modalities (instructor-led, web-based, and hybrid) and learning assets (learning designs, job aids, facilitator guides, visuals, documentation); creating a culture of inclusion, belonging
? 5+ years expertise in Instructor-Led Training (ILT), including classroom and virtual facilitation and coaching experience strongly preferred
? Experience working with a team of resources, such as SMEs, internal and external developers to source, synthesize, develop, deliver training
? Is proficient in business and technical Learning Management System and reporting essentials and can collaborate with internal operations teams on evolving business needs for training assignments, reporting and new areas as they emerge (proficiency in Cornerstone and Veeva highly preferred)
? Proficient project management with excellent results
? Excellent skills at building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external partners, through accessibility, credibility and trust
? Has an agile mindset, simplifies and prioritizes impact, and acts with urgency
? Strong collaboration. Actively demonstrates inclusivity, builds trust, and actively searches for opportunities to break down silos between sites, functions, and project teams
? Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset, with the ability to develop strong partnerships
? Has ability to convey key messages clearly and succinctly; is able to positively influence peers and partners across all levels of the business
? A strong track record of developing and delivering effective training aligned to strategic outcomes and positive organizational leadership and relationships
? Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and adapt. Able to synthesize large amounts of information. Able to deliver results in a shifting environment.

2 of 2 roles: Site Services Learning & Development Partner with Project Management (LDP)


In the role of Site Services Learning & Development Partner & Project Manager (LDPM), you will actively support capability building across the organization and have an impact towards achieving our 2030 Pharma vision. You will help the Learning & Development organization deliver short-term outcomes.
This contract Learning & Development partner and project manager role is a hybrid role to support the Site Services organization plan and deliver the 2024 SAP ASPIRE training, including overall project management coordination between the ASPIRE core team Training Manager, localized eLearning and Instructor-Led training and delivery for launch and hypercare.

Project Management

? Support the Site Services Senior Compliance Learning Development Partner (LDP) and ASPIRE Training Manager and team supervisor in overall project management of all deliverables (outputs) for training team preparation, development and delivery
? Understands the overall Site Services Learning & Development team priorities and how to best support delivery for the ASPIRE training needs, but is open and available as needed to support other top priority outputs if needed
? Creates and/or maintains project planning that are simple to focus upon in 30- and 90-day increments aligned to overall deliverable schedules
? Leverages experience in both L&D and ongoing technical training support and maintenance of local training to ensure success at launch and thereafter (as needed)Training

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $50- $58 per hour
