JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, matching them to the most appropriate vehicle
- Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
- Take customers on test drives; demonstrating vehicle features
- Build rapport with potential customers to improve possibility of future sales
- Maintain customer database, providing continuous communication, follow-up and support
- Guide customers through buying process with clear communication and transparency, assisting with completing relevant paperwork
- Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on CRM software
- Participate in sales trainings and meetings
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales experience a must
- Complete and maintain 100% training qualifications for all OEM’s
- Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
- Valid driver’s license
