THE PURPOSE
As Store Manager, you will think big and take smart risks in managing the store sales. By doing the right things and keeping it simple, you can maintain the merchandising standards and strive to achieve the store sales goals. As the leader of team, being open to diverse opinions and points of view, will allow you take action and get it done.
THE ROLE
Achieving store sales goals and creating strategic sales plans with the District Manager
Implementing company training programs; monitoring staff training in product knowledge, customer service and selling skills
Maintaining company merchandising standards
Meeting payroll goals
Conducting inventories / maintaining inventory records
Promptly and accurately completing all paperwork procedures (New Hire, Incident, Reports, etc.)
Implementing Markdowns
Supervising Assistant Managers, Key Holders and Sales Associates
Interfacing with District, Regional and corporate personnel (i.e. accounting, merchandising, operations and human resources)

A communicator: you effectively establish relationships between your customers as well as those working with and above you (Assistant Store Manager, SVP of Retail Stores, Regional Director, District Manager and HR)

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years or older
3 years of retail experience
2 years of retail management experience
High School Diploma
Fashion Industry knowledge
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Functional digital literacy; POS, MS Office, web, social
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including but not limited to standing, stooping, lifting 11 kilograms and climbing a ladder
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of management experience in high fashion / luxury apparel
Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates
