Meet the team:



The End-to-End Solution Architect will be part of the Global Shop Floor Systems team and will be a trusted advisor for Operations, Engineering, Quality & IT local/global teams. The End-to-End Solution Architect designs and executes the technical/functional solution for Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This strategic role is vital for our Digital Transformation initiative, join us to continue defining our next generation systems.



Where you come in:

• Maintain documentation of business requirements for different processes and workflows.


• Assist in developing the configuration and design specifications for new initiatives.


• Work with the solution architect and Enterprise Architect team to collaborate with cross functional teams and business units.


• Analyze data and prepare reports and work with developers when necessary.


• Assist cross functional teams in the problem analysis and documentation.


• Assist in developing/couching junior Business Systems Analyst to develop them to the next level.


• Participate in Dexcom Smart Factory Design and Execution plan.

What makes you successful:

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, and data management principles in scientific or manufacturing environments.


• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.


• Experience with testing and technical writing.


• Strong organizational and analytical skills.


• Familiarity with manufacturing and lab information systems.


• Experience supporting Large Manufacturing Environment across different regions.


• Experience with MES/ ERP/LIMS; nice to have experience with Siemens OpsCenter/ Oracle EBS / Thermo Fisher LIMS


• Experience working with diversity geo-located teams across different regions.


• Experience with DBMS with Queries writing and performance improvements.

• 25 to 50%

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
