Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Global Program Management, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage pricing activities for key customers of the Racks and Enclosures Solution Team.


• Review and process customer RFQs; Manage opportunities via Salesforce; Participate in award negotiations.


• Coordinates and prepare costs quote estimates with Global account manager, quote team, engineering, and purchasing to achieve the optimal product costs.


• Work with cross functional teams in early stages of the NPI development cycle to devise the right optimized strategy identifying cost reduction opportunities through right tooling solution, automation, local sourcing of materials, and fixtures.


• Manage supply chain sustainability and risk via MOQ optimization and strategic inventory planning, excess and obsolete materials reduction, aging inventory reduction; Collaborate with global sites to improve cost and lead time as needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.


• Experience in similar position.


• Experience with Sheet Metal, Racks and Enclosures or Servers.


• Advanced English (Worldwide interactions).


• Skills: Excel Intermediate – Advanced.


• Experience in Finance (P&L- Balance Sheet Investments vs. Savings).


• metal industry experience.


• Customer Experience.

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate

$125,500.00 USD - $172,500.00 USD Annual
