We are looking for experienced Chat Operators to join our customer support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers via chat and email, helping them resolve issues, answering questions, and providing information about our service’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient support to customers via chat and email.
• Resolve customer issues related to accounts, transactions, fraud, and technical matters.
• Answer customer questions about PayPal products and services.
• Provide accurate and timely information about PayPal policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with customers.
• Comply with all internal rules and procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Chat Operator or in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Knowledge of PayPal products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of inquiries.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
