? Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law cases
? Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school
? Active license to practice in California, with additional licenses a plus
? Proven track record in complex litigation management and team leadership
? Consistent book of business of US$ 500,000 or more
