????Requirements:
? Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law cases
? Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in the US
? Active Illinois law license, additional licenses beneficial
? Demonstrated success in managing complex cases and leading a team
? Consistent book of business of at least US$ 500,000
