Key Responsibilities:
Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of claims and agency charges.
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
Represent clients in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediation.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on legal projects.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in legislation.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in California required.
3+ years of litigation experience required.
Experience with employment law, environmental law, toxic tort litigation, product liability, commercial law, construction law, general liability, healthcare law, insurance defense, and/or professional liability is preferred.
Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
A dedication to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package. This includes eligibility for both subjective and objective bonuses, as well as valuable assistance for student debt repayment. The annual salary range varies depending on your experience and location, ranging from $100,000 to $250,000.
