LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a top Corporate Associate Attorney with 4+ years of transactional experience to join the venture capital and emerging companies practice of a prominent AmLaw 100 firm in Boston, MA.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the top firms in the region and represent a diverse set of clients across varied business transactions.
In this role, you will:
Draft and negotiate VC investment agreements including NVCA forms
Lead negotiations related to VC investment agreements
Supervise, train and mentor associates in VC financing
Advise emerging companies on operational matters, including board and stockholder communications and approvals and equity awards
Qualifications:
Four plus years of venture capital and emerging company practice experience (in a large firm environment, preferred)
JD required
Admitted to practice in MA (or eligible for admission)
Strong academic credentials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Base salary range is anticipated to be between $310,000 to $365,000.
