Junior Associates will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in all facets of the M&A deals, gaining valuable experience in drafting, negotiation, and coordinating due diligence and closing processes.
As part of the dynamic team, Associates will engage in a diverse practice involving the representation of parties in public and private company transactions, as well as takeover defense matters spanning various industries, including shareholder activism.
Candidates must possess U.S. law firm experience and exceptional academic credentials. Proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish is advantageous. A business development-oriented mindset, along with a desire to assume responsibilities and work autonomously, are also crucial attributes.
