Objectives of this role
Collaborate with senior leaders to improve the efforts of lawyers via the systems and processes they use to support successful outcomes.
Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
Adhere to the company's policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
Required skills and qualifications
Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry
Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that facilitate efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
Ability to utilize technology in furtherance of the stated objectives
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
Experience in developing and executing business plans
Superior negotiation skills
Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software (ex: CRM, Clio, Case Management Software)
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operations of Information Systems and functions of the firm - Clio, Hubspot, Google systems, or similar.
Oversee the firm's intake and engagement departments
Vendor Management
Supervise IT
Manage daily operations of the office, prioritize the use of support staff and facilities
Manage equipment, software, and office services
Identify and formulate solutions for problems as they arise
Oversee the firm's billing and collections
Maintain a professional and positive work environment through communications throughout the ranks
Work with the Controller and various department heads to prepare reports for the Partners
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure streamlined practices are in place
Oversee Client Service Managers for excellent client satisfaction

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year; salary will be commensurate with experience.
