Requirements and Responsibilities:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
The ideal candidate will help lead and oversee all legal aspects related to their litigation offering and will bring the passion and energy to help lead and grow the department.
As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's direction, driving business growth, and providing strategic leadership while maintaining the highest standards of legal excellence and client service.
Proven track record of leading, managing and mentoring legal teams
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desire to contribute to the firm's growth plans through networking & business development
