Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as an Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinator to assist with implementing firm's diversity and affirmative actions policies, initiatives, and programs.
Salary: 120k base salary + Bonus
Work Schedule: Hybrid (1 day in office)
Reporting to: Head of Talent Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with developing, implementing, and executing affirmative action plans across the firm.
Identify risks within the firm regarding affirmative action.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to address affirmative action concerns and implement affirmative action initiatives.
Work with department leaders to provide affirmative action-related input on departmental strategies, goals, and objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance diversity in the workforce.
Develop training programs that educate staff on the firm's diversity and equal opportunity initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 2 years of prior work experience.
Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based services and related applications.
