Prestigious international law firm is seeking an ambitious and energetic Midlevel Associate to join its growing Tax team in New York (though qualified candidates may be considered for positions in other U.S. locations).
Associates at this Am Law 100 firm will have the opportunity to advise a client-list comprised of blue-chip public companies, multinational corporations, emerging companies, large privately-owned businesses, financial institutions and private individuals on the market's most innovative and exciting transactions.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 3 years of experience in advising multinational companies, funds, family offices and high-net worth individuals in connection with structuring and implementing inbound and outbound investments, operations, and cross-border M&A transactions
Possess a stellar academic record (LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required)
Be qualified to practice in New York (or the jurisdiction in which the office sits)
Base compensation starting at $225K+ and based on experience.
